⚠ 敏感信息声明
本应用不向任何服务器收集或上传您的个人敏感信息。您的浏览记录、搜索历史、书签等数据仅保存在设备本地（应用沙箱内），由您自行管理。唯一例外：您主动提交的意见反馈会传输至开发者服务器，请勿在反馈中填写敏感信息（详见第三条）。
安溯浏览器（以下简称「本应用」）由周胜开发并维护。本政策说明本应用如何收集、使用与保护您的信息。
一、我们收集的信息
本应用不主动收集或上传您的个人信息；唯一例外是您主动使用「意见反馈」提交的内容（详见第三条）。本应用无账号体系、无注册登录、无统计分析、无数据上报；除您主动访问的网站与主动提交的反馈外，不向任何服务器传输您的个人数据。
二、本地存储的数据
您的书签、搜索历史、历史记录、下载记录与设置项（搜索引擎、主题、UA 模式、界面语言等）仅保存在设备本地（应用沙箱内），不会上传至任何服务器。卸载应用后沙箱内数据将被清除；您主动导出到公共目录的备份文件不会随应用卸载删除。您也可在「设置 - 清除浏览数据」中随时删除应用内数据。
阅读模式、语音朗读、广告拦截、视频资源嗅探、开发者工具等均在设备本地完成处理，不离开您的设备。含登录信息的备份会加密存储，密码仅由您持有，本应用不存储您的备份密码，忘记后无法解密。
首次使用时，在您同意本政策和用户协议前，本应用不会加载自定义首页、处理外部网页链接或访问第三方网站进行搜索服务可用性探测。
三、意见反馈
本应用提供「意见反馈」功能（入口：设置 - 关于 - 意见反馈），这是本应用唯一向开发者服务器上传数据的功能，且仅在您主动填写并提交时才会发生：
1. 您提交的内容：反馈描述（必填）、联系方式（选填，如邮箱或微信号）；同时自动附带应用版本号、设备机型与系统版本；
2. 传输与保存：反馈内容经 HTTPS 加密传输至开发者自建服务器（87110.net），用于定位问题、改进产品以及必要时的联系回复，不用于其他目的，不共享、不出售给任何第三方；服务器会记录提交时间与您的 IP 地址（用于防滥用与故障排查）；
3. 回复与删除：开发者可在原反馈下回复您，回复内容同样保存在服务器；您可随时通过 anguszhou@139.com 联系我们查阅或删除您的反馈记录；
4. 特别提醒：请勿在反馈描述或联系方式中填写身份证号、银行账号、密码等个人敏感信息。
四、权限使用说明
本应用仅申请运行所需的最小权限，均为系统安装时自动授予，无动态弹窗权限：
1. 网络访问：加载网页、下载文件所必需；
2. 网络状态信息：检测网络连接状态，在离线/弱网时给出提示，并用于选择可用的搜索服务通道；
3. 打印：打印您下载的文件或当前网页；
4. 后台运行：确保下载任务在应用退至后台时继续完成。
上述权限仅用于对应功能，拒绝不影响浏览器核心功能。
五、相册与文件保存
当您主动保存网页图片、截图或下载文件时，系统会弹出系统级确认对话框，由您确认后保存；您也可在下载管理中将文件保存到公共目录，保存位置由您选择。本应用无法在未经您确认的情况下访问您的相册。
六、通知
下载完成或失败时，本应用会发送本地通知提醒您。您可随时在系统设置中关闭本应用的通知权限。
七、无痕模式
无痕模式下，本应用不记录浏览历史、不新增最近访问，并在关闭无痕标签时清理无痕期间产生的 Cookie 与缓存数据。
八、开发者工具
本应用内置开发者工具，供开发调试网页使用。仅当您主动打开时，本地调试端口才会开启，关闭后立即释放，且不收集任何数据。
九、第三方 SDK 与网站
本应用不集成任何第三方 SDK；除您主动访问的网站外，不向任何第三方共享您的个人信息。访问第三方网站时，请以其隐私政策为准。分享功能通过系统分享面板完成，分享内容与目标应用由您主动选择。为适配不同网站，本应用会向您访问的网站发送相应的浏览器标识（User-Agent），此为浏览器标准行为，不收集、不存储。
十、未成年人保护
本应用不面向未成年人收集任何信息，不收集不满十四周岁未成年人的个人信息。若您为未成年人，请在监护人指导下使用本应用。
十一、账号密码保存
本应用支持系统「密码保险箱」：在您授权开启后，网站登录时系统可询问是否保存账号密码，再次访问经您身份认证后可自动填入。密码由系统安全存储，本应用不接触、不上传、不读取您的明文密码。该能力仅在系统版本支持且您已开启时生效。
十二、录屏
当您在播放页选择「录屏」时，应用会使用系统的屏幕录制能力录制屏幕画面与系统声音。该功能仅在您主动点击并在系统授权框中同意后才会开始；录制文件仅保存在本机，不会上传服务器；若您拒绝授权，则不产生任何文件。
十三、视频检测与保存
当您使用「检测当前网页视频」「资源嗅探」及保存/录制功能时，相关信息仅在本机处理、不上传任何服务器，保存的文件仅存放在您的设备上。请您自行确认对所获取内容拥有合法权利，不要用于侵犯他人权益的用途。
十四、政策更新
本政策如有更新，将在本页面公布；重大变更将通过应用内提示告知。

本應用不向任何伺服器蒐集或上傳您的個人敏感資訊。您的瀏覽記錄、搜尋歷史、書籤等資料僅儲存在裝置本機（應用沙箱內），由您自行管理。唯一例外：您主動提交的意見回饋會傳輸至開發者伺服器，請勿在回饋中填寫敏感資訊（詳見第三條）。
安溯瀏覽器（以下簡稱「本應用」）由周勝開發並維護。本政策說明本應用如何蒐集、使用與保護您的資訊。
一、我們收集的資訊
本應用不會主動蒐集或上傳您的個人資訊；唯一例外是您主動使用「意見回饋」提交的內容（詳見第三條）。本應用無帳號體系、無註冊登入、無統計分析、無資料上報；除您主動造訪的網站與主動提交的回饋外，不會向任何伺服器傳輸您的個人資料。
二、本地儲存的資料
您的書籤、搜尋歷史、瀏覽記錄、下載記錄與設定項（搜尋引擎、主題、UA 模式、介面語言等）僅儲存在裝置本機（應用沙箱內），不會上傳至任何伺服器。解除安裝應用後沙箱內資料將被清除；您主動匯出到公共目錄的備份檔不會隨應用解除安裝而刪除。您也可在「設定 - 清除瀏覽資料」中隨時刪除應用內資料。
閱讀模式、語音朗讀、廣告封鎖、影片資源嗅探、開發者工具等均於裝置本機完成處理，不會離開您的裝置。含登入資訊的備份會加密儲存，密碼僅由您持有，本應用不儲存您的備份密碼，忘記後無法解密。
首次使用時，在您同意本政策與使用者條款前，本應用不會載入自訂首頁、處理外部網頁連結或造訪第三方網站進行搜尋服務可用性探測。

五、相簿與檔案保存
當您主動儲存網頁圖片、截圖或下載檔案時，系統會彈出系統層級確認對話框，由您確認後儲存；您也可在下載管理中將檔案儲存到公共目錄，儲存位置由您選擇。本應用無法在未經您確認的情況下存取您的相簿。
六、通知
下載完成或失敗時，本應用會發送本地通知提醒您。您可隨時在系統設定中關閉本應用的通知權限。
七、無痕模式
無痕模式下，本應用不記錄瀏覽歷史、不新增最近訪問，並在關閉無痕分頁時清理無痕期間產生的 Cookie 與快取資料。
八、開發者工具
本應用內建開發者工具，供開發偵錯網頁使用。僅當您主動開啟時，本機偵錯連接埠才會開啟，關閉後立即釋放，且不蒐集任何資料。
九、第三方 SDK 與網站
本應用不整合任何第三方 SDK；除您主動造訪的網站外，不向任何第三方分享您的個人資訊。造訪第三方網站時，請以其隱私政策為準。分享功能透過系統分享面板完成，分享內容與目標應用由您主動選擇。為適配不同網站，本應用會向您造訪的網站發送相應的瀏覽器識別碼（User-Agent），此為瀏覽器標準行為，不蒐集、不儲存。
十、未成年人保護
本應用不向未成年人蒐集任何資訊，不蒐集未滿十四歲未成年人的個人資訊。若您為未成年人，請在監護人指導下使用本應用。
十一、帳號密碼保存
本應用支援系統「密碼保險箱」：在您授權開啟後，網站登入時系統可詢問是否儲存帳號密碼，再次造訪經您身分驗證後可自動填入。密碼由系統安全儲存，本應用不接觸、不上傳、不讀取您的明文密碼。該能力僅在系統版本支援且您已開啟時生效。
十二、螢幕錄影
當您在播放頁選擇「錄屏」時，應用會使用系統的螢幕錄影能力錄製螢幕畫面與系統聲音。該功能僅在您主動點擊並在系統授權框中同意後才會開始；錄製檔案僅儲存在本機，不會上傳伺服器；若您拒絕授權，則不產生任何檔案。
十三、影片偵測與儲存
當您使用「偵測目前網頁影片」「資源嗅探」及儲存／錄製功能時，相關資訊僅在本機處理、不上傳任何伺服器，儲存的檔案僅存放在您的裝置上。請您自行確認對所取得內容擁有合法權利，不要用於侵害他人權益的用途。
十四、政策更新
本政策如有更新，將於本頁面公布；重大變更將透過應用內提示告知。

⚠ Sensitive information notice
This app does not collect or upload your sensitive personal information to any server. Your browsing history, search history and bookmarks are stored only on your device (inside the app sandbox) and managed by you. The only exception: feedback that you actively submit is sent to the developer's server, so please do not include sensitive information in feedback (see Section 3).
AngusSurf (the "app") is developed and maintained by Zhou Sheng. This policy explains how the app collects, uses and protects your information.
1. Information we collect
The app does not actively collect or upload your personal information. The only exception is content you actively submit through "Feedback" (see Section 3). The app has no accounts, no sign-up, no analytics and no data reporting; apart from the websites you visit and feedback you submit, no personal data is transmitted to any server.
2. Data stored locally
Your bookmarks, search history, browsing history, download records and settings (search engine, theme, UA mode, interface language, etc.) are stored only on your device (inside the app sandbox) and are not uploaded to any server. Uninstalling the app clears data in the sandbox; backup files that you exported to a public directory are not deleted by uninstalling. You can also delete app data at any time in "Settings - Clear browsing data".
Reading mode, text-to-speech, ad blocking, media sniffing and developer tools are all processed locally on your device and never leave it. Backups that include login information are stored encrypted, the password is held only by you, the app does not store your backup password, and it cannot be decrypted if forgotten.
On first use, before you accept this policy and the terms of service, the app will not load a custom homepage, handle external web links, or contact third-party websites to probe search-service availability.
3. Feedback
The app provides a "Feedback" feature (Settings - About - Feedback). It is the only feature that uploads data to the developer's server, and only when you actively write and submit:
1. What you submit: your message (required) and contact details (optional, e.g. email or WeChat ID); the app version, device model and system version are attached automatically;
2. Transmission and storage: the content is sent over HTTPS to the developer's own server (87110.net) and used only to diagnose issues, improve the product and reply when necessary; it is not shared with or sold to any third party; the server also records the submission time and your IP address (for anti-abuse and troubleshooting);
3. Replies and deletion: the developer may reply inside the same thread, and replies are stored on the server too; you can contact us at anguszhou@139.com at any time to review or delete your feedback records;
4. Please do not include ID numbers, bank accounts, passwords or other sensitive personal information in feedback.
4. Permissions
The app requests only the minimum permissions it needs, all granted automatically at install time, with no runtime pop-ups:
1. Network access: required to load web pages and download files;
2. Network status: to detect connectivity, show friendly messages when offline, and choose an available search channel;
3. Printing: to print files you downloaded or the current page;
4. Background running: to let downloads continue when the app is in the background.
These permissions are used only for the corresponding features; refusing them does not affect core browsing.
5. Album and file saving
When you actively save a web image, screenshot or downloaded file, the system shows a confirmation dialog and saves only after you confirm. You can also save files to a public directory from Downloads, choosing the location yourself. The app cannot access your photo library without your confirmation.
6. Notifications
The app sends a local notification when a download finishes or fails. You can turn off notifications for the app at any time in system settings.
7. Incognito mode
In incognito mode the app does not record browsing history or add recent visits, and clears cookies and cache created during the session when you close incognito tabs.
8. Developer Tools
The app includes developer tools for debugging web pages. The local debugging port opens only when you turn the tools on, is released as soon as you close them, and collects no data.
9. Third-party SDKs and websites
The app integrates no third-party SDKs and does not share your personal information with any third party other than the websites you visit, whose own privacy policies apply. Sharing goes through the system share sheet, with the content and target app chosen by you. To suit different websites, the app sends an appropriate browser identifier (User-Agent) to sites you visit; this is standard browser behaviour, and the value is neither collected nor stored.
10. Protection of minors
The app does not collect information from minors and does not collect personal information from children under 14. If you are a minor, please use the app under the guidance of a guardian.
11. Password saving
The app supports the system password vault: once you enable it, the system may ask whether to save credentials when you sign in, and can fill them in after you authenticate on your next visit. Passwords are stored securely by the system; the app never touches, uploads or reads your plaintext passwords. This works only when your system version supports it and you have enabled it.
12. Screen recording
When you choose "Screen recording" on the player page, the app uses the system screen-capture capability to record the screen and system audio. Recording starts only after you tap it and accept the system permission dialog; files stay on your device and are never uploaded; if you decline, no file is created.
13. Video detection and saving
When you use "Detect video on this page", "Resource sniffing" or the save/record features, all related processing happens locally, nothing is uploaded to any server, and saved files stay on your device. You are responsible for confirming that you have the right to the content you obtain, and for not using it to infringe the rights of others.
14. Policy updates
Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and material changes will also be announced in the app.
